Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are custom made to order. Please allow 21 days for delivery.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Additional delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Chandelleart.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via the US Postal Service or other common carrier.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Chandelleart.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Chandelleart.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we will do our best to expedite you claim. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and inform us as a courtesy.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Returns and Refunds Policy
Thank you for shopping at Chandelle Spirit of Flight.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The product was purchased in the last 15 days
The product is in its original packaging
The product isn't used or damaged
You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Sale items
